Default i was refused travel

I have spoken and emailed Qatar Airways many times over the last 3 months and got no where.....there complaints department is shocking and only works to save its own compensation....I was refused boarding on a flight for Heathrow via Doha to Bangkok.....my passport was scanned and a seat issued but then they said my passport was damaged.They said it was ripped by an inch and it was not,just turned up by less that one eighth of an inch.I had to get a new passport which delayed me by a week .They then changed me more for the amended flight out that my return ticket cost ...discussing treatment,they are far from the best airline believe me
