seat switch
I booked reservations for the above on 2/28
and on 4/15 I was sent an email with a
change notification. I have an anxiety of
flying and booked seats on the aisle and as
close to the front of the plane as
possible. On the change I was not given the
same seats. When I called I was told they
were not available. so they gave me seats at
the very back of the plan. However when I
went in to look at the flight those seats or
seats very close to them were available but
now I had to purchase them. It cost me an
additional $500 dollars to get the seats I
had. I planned ahead and got the seats I
wanted in order to have the minimum amount
of flying anxiety as possible and now
because United changed planES I have to pay
$500 more? That is wrong. They offered me
a $50 fight credit to be used on a later
flight. That is WRONG!
