Kayak, CheapoAir.com etc.... all 3rd party booking site sell what is referred to as bulk tickets, which usually come with the most restrictions compared to buying directly with an airline directly. Also if you belong to a frequent flyer plan you may not get all or any extra frequent flyer points.
