I am hoping that somebody can provide me with access to anybody working with Etihad who can actually do something about a problem.
For over 48 hours i have been sat waiting to hear about lost luggage to no avail. The representatives at the airport upon arrival provided phone numbers which are either not answered or are constantly busy.
After calling three times the Etihad call centre in Abu Dhabi to be told they cant do anything or to provide more phone numbers which also dont get answered or not not work.
Does anybody actually work at this airline that can do anything??? All i need is to speak to somebody who can help!
I have sent three emails and got no replies apart from the automated bull****. This is completely disgusting performance from an airline who prides themselves as being one of the best. Seriously, your customer service is non existent.
My situation is as follows:
I recently travelled from Sri Lanka via Abu Dhabi to cairo as a guest with Ethiad.
My final destination was Hurghada.(Egypt) on a connecting flight with egyptair.
Upon arrival at cairo my bag was not there. The airport ethiad representative took my details and informed me that I must collect in person my missing suitcase whenever it arrives. This is NOT possible. I am in Hurghada. Cairo was a transit airport for me. The airport representative is completely unhelpful and will not help me to be reunited with my luggage. Completely unacceptable behaviour. Subsequently anyway i cannot get hold of anybody to find out what is happening.
Please let me know how to rectify this problem. My details are as follows:
