Baggage damage
Dear Sir/ Madam,
This is to inform you that my suitcase has been damaged during the flight from Toronto to Tehran. The attached files are the photos of the suitcase after the damage, and the copy of the letter that the airport officials gave me after the flight, confirming the claim.
