Lost item, unresponsive customer service
Left an Item (a laptop) on a flight (EY 103 ABU Dhabi to JFK, 7/17/2016). Nearly impossible to reach a human, a 30-minute long phone tree, where many choices simply result in "this call will end NOW". Finally got someone on the phone, who assured me that they'd reach back to me regardless of whether the item was turned in or not. No response.
Repeated the same procedure the next day, no response.
Left repeated messages with the baggage handling office at JFK, no response.
