Air Asia cancelled our flights from Sydney to Bali in October just one day after a massive Jet Star's sale flights to Bali ended. giving us the option to fly with then via Kuala Lumpur 24hr flight compared to the normal 6hrs, get a refund or move our dates forward.
All of the option suck. We have already booked accommodation so we need to either cancel that and lose money or pay double for flights.
We have opted for the refund but still haven't go the money back and it has been a horrible experience.
