Default treat customers better

If you know that any flight is hours late, then try to help the stranded passengers. We waited almost 7 hours at the Phoenix airport! This is ridiculous.
We'd much rather fly to other countries than our own.
The ticket counter at JFK was ridiculous. There was no information and we waited more than 30 minutes in a line that went nowhere. We didn't realize that there were automatic kiosks to use since we weren't checking bags.
Stop asking passengers for more and more money. We should be able to get water without paying.
We sat on the tarmac at JFK for 3 hours (flight 524) yesterday-August 11,2008 with no water or anything. How is that customer service?
Travel in the US is not worth it.
