Checkin Baggage receival & Customer Care
Hi,
I boarded the Etihad Airlines from Chennai, India to Milan, Italy on 25th september by EY 269 & EY2870.
My Checkin Baggage was missing & Filed a Complaint in Lost & Found - Italy.
complaint number: MXPAZ23705 , dtd 25th september : Time14: 46
Waited for the luggage for couple of days & then sent a complaint to Etihad airlines. Sent a email to Etihad Airlines on 27th September 14:18 pm.
I did not get any response from the Etihad customer care till now.
Luckily, I received my checkin baggage on 27th September Evening.
I did not get any response from the Etihad customer care till now.
A very poor customer service by a renowned airlines. I have made up my mind not to travel in Etihad in my future travel.
