First this is a United Board, not Delta. Second what you need to do is either call or write their customer service with the story you have here, but you will need flight numbers, date, times, and reservation codes. This will make it easier for them to investigate your complaint, and most likely they will get compensated with travel vouchers, i don't think much else. But you can try.
