I will never fly with American Airlines again!
This experience is absolutely the WORST.
I booked a flight to go to LA for work tomorrow. I was originally supposed to land at 8:20pm in California enough time to check into my hotel and get a good nights rest before my busy day tomorrow I AM NOW LANDING AFTER MIDNIGHT!
I AM STILL IN ATLANTA IT IS ALMOST 10:00pm and we have NOT departed!!!
I am exhausted after an already busy day and very unhappy! My work will suffer now because of this.

You have just lost a customer.
I deserve my money back.
