On 29/07/16 & 21/09/16 I was a passenger on the above mentioned flights.
My seat, which should be a Lie Flat seat on the flight from Jeddah to Cairo was completely broken, I explained that to a Korean flight attendant but she couldn't do anything because the business class was fully booked even the food tray I had to put it on my legs and also the indoor entertainment from Jeddah to Jakarta didn't work.
Under the terms of the Warsaw convenient I am entitled to receive compensation for those issues.
I asked them to receive a reasonable offer of compensation from them within 14 days.
Their reply was completely unacceptable: "We are pleased to inform you that on the ground of good guest relations basis, (6000) Miles will be added to your membership Mileage Account no. (84520402).
1. The conditions contradicted the airline's promise that they provided flat seats because it was broken and the seat was even much worse than economy.
2. I am not living in Saudi Arabia.
3. Not a member of their frequent flyer program.
4. And I am not interested in being member of their frequent flyer program.
All I want is my rights as business class passenger that's all.
If I pay for something then I should get what I paid for. Otherwise my money is being wasted like in this case.
