Twice a year I fly from Colombia South America to St Louis. When I go to book that flight prepared to pay for it there are various options that get me into St. Louis late afternoon or evening. However if I try to use my frequent flyer miles virtually every itinerary requires an overnight. Since I don't want to waste two extra nights on the trip or pay for two hotel stays I'm locked out of using my miles.
