Hi,

I have booked my two-way flight with ETIHAD, and they suddenly changed the my second flight, without giving any notice to me.
Now, instead of 3 hours lay over I have 13 hours lay over. So obviously I can not make the flight because I am travelling with my 2.5 year old daughter. My flight is from Toronto to Abudhabi, and form Abudhabi to Tehran. and it was supposed to be 19 hours, but it is 32 hours now due to the flight reschedule made by the Airline.
The funny thing is that they refuse to refund my ticket. and their answer is that they don't care for the customer that they are not buying their ticket directly from ETIHAD website.
After about 3 hours talking to the ETIHAD customer service the only results that I am getting is that the Airline is not willing to let go of my money and refund me for the trouble they made at the first place by cancelling my flight and putting me into another flight without my consent!

Really poor customer service....
