My flight was booked November 11, 2016 , I got a call from my agency on march 9, just 24 hours before my departure, and notified us about cancellation of AC810- march 10,2017, Toronto to Istanbul , there were not so many choices available in last minute , I had to take the worst case which was provided to us Toronto-> Montreal-> Geneva-> Istanbul while I have a senior with me , which made very difficult for her, she was exhausted and very uncomfortable with the whole trip, this change was not acceptable in such a short notice while there are not so many choices available, I have called, call center but they were not able to answer my question , my mom was feeling very sick for 2 days with long travel plan substitution
