DO NOT FLY-Norwegian Air Shuttle is not current with the changes made by the DHS. They denied my brother boarding after giving him a boarding pass and taking his luggage. This was due to a new form required by DHS/TSA via USDA. This incompetence was repeated a second time, after 4 phone calla assuring me all was handled and coordinated.
