I am so extremely disappointed with Air Mauritius, I have planned a holiday in South Africa for my girlfriend and I , she is flying from Mauritius. I booked a flight from Mauritius to Johannesburg via eDreams and spelled the surname of my girlfriend slightly wrong (in fact I added a "r"). Neither edreams or air Mauritius is prepared to alter (remove) one r from the spelling resulting in me losing R11 000.00 and possibly not seeing my girlfriend. I am prepared to pay penalties but the only response I have was from eDreams stating that Air Mauritius is not prepared to change this. This is totally unfair and disappointing and borders on theft. Travelers beware one letter in error and you are penalized and lose your hard earned money.
