legal action is being initiated against this incompetent airline in pursuit of five thousand US Dollars damages in respect of lost luggage and gross negligence. It is staggering that, despite the need for heightened security, this company has no record as to the location of the luggage, nor can it explain if it was loaded at all. Correspondence has been protracted and this has caused me professional inconvenience and significant financial outlay. I will not accept such disgraceful treatment.
