Default Group of Indonesian Passenger Stranded and experience big lost due a 12 hours delay

ear Etihad Airways;

We would like to express our deepest disappointment of what happen to our group on flight number:

There are 20 people traveling together on our group on aiming to have an event in Netherlands and some other part of Europe.
We experience most harsh and difficulties of your lack of troubleshooting of the flight system, and we currently bare the loss of not just material loss but also time and energy.
Our group supposed to schedule the flight on August 5 00:20 EY 471 bound from Jakarta to Amsterdam though Abu Dhabi, suddenly as we are about to check in the airport service inform us that the flight will be delay for 12 hours which means that we will be missing the next flight to Amsterdam and surely missing all the schedule of tour.

How could Etihad does not inform the group prior in advance so they can be better plan?

We had booked, paid and confirmed all of our tour in Amsterdam which non reimburse due the fact that it was cancelled at very last minute.
We fully regret that your staff in Jakarta could not offer much better solution other then transferring the group to next flight which cause them to lay over for 10 hours in Abu Dhabi and another hours in Manchester by the time we are reaching Amsterdam we have no time and energy to join the tours.

1. Please explain of what happen, and let us know what compensation of what Etihad caused did and we are hoping that a reputable world class company like yours could offer better solution.
2. We blieve that your customer relation management has offer of what we had been loss so far.
3. I am hoping to received to communicate with you in timely manner, otherwise we will consider to not using anymore service of your company and might let others know of what we had experience.
