Cambodia Angkor Air - Fraud
I purchased tickets online for a flight to Siem Reap from Ho Chi Minh on CAMBODIA ANGKOR AIR Flight Number K6 809.
During the process of booking the ticket, before taking my money they requested I enter my passport expiry date. I successfully paid for the ticket and received a ticket marked booking status “OK TO FLY". However on Check-In based on my passport expiry date the staff denied my boarding.
Despite numerous communications with the airline "customer service" they refuse to address the question as to how they can charge me having this information and then use the same information to deny me boarding. This is fradulent.
