Unhappy Compensation

BA confirmed that i am eligiable for a conpensation but for the past 5 months I have not see any response, sending them email but no resposne from them.
In the first month they were reply and I was update with wrong statement.
Not sure how to approciate them to reply? anyone can help. the flight delay casue me a damage more than the amount of the compensetion.
