Etihad is the worst airline
Etihad airline has the worst customer service among all other airlines to Asian countries.
The Etihad crew at JFK airport, including the manager Jaison S, gave us a terrible hard time. They don’t know to respect their customers. They are treating us as if we are nobody just to exercise their power over us.
Just because the luggage was 24KG, they asked us to pay for it.. Or to take stuff out if it. They were not even ready for any sorts of compromise. Just to make us pay, Jaison gave us deal of $45 per luggage that is over 23KG. When we agreed upon the amount, he changed it to $110. At the end, we had to pay $120 per luggage.
I will never recommend this airline to anyone.
