will not honour refund
My e-tickets very clearly state that the category is "Economy" and the restrictions include "refundable/fees apply".
Discovering it would be easier and cheaper to make the transfer by road (bus and taxi), I completed their refund form, attached the eTickets and receipts and emailed it all in in good time.
They refuse to refund the tickets. They claim the tickets are actually 'low-budget' and 'non-refundable'. When I sent them the tickets for the third time, they finally looked at them and accepted that they are, in fact, economy and refundable. However, they still refuse to refund the tickets because they "assume the tickets are a technical error".
They are utter scum.
