I received discount code from baggage department due to baggage delay In January 2017 and I was recommended to use this discount for new booking. I booked new vacation In October 2017 and was trying to use discount, but promotional code has been refused by Accounting department. I have sent messages to customer service and baggage service with question how I can use discount and have received 2 more discounts that I am sure, I will not be able to use. What I am suppose to do with discounts - to put them on Christmas tree and collect?
Who can give me clear answer? I would like to apply discount and receive my credit, that was promised.
