I'm a 67yr old man bringing a puppy back from Albany to train as therapy dog. The flight from CLT to GNV was canceled, because of the puppy they told me they couldn't find us a room at this time it was 1;30AM 2/25/18. We were forced to stay in the airport over night being that our rescheduled flight was 6;00 am that morning. We were never offer any compensation
