Yesterday (03/03/2018) Etihad denied us boarding at Johannesburg despite having a perfectly valid and legitimately bought eticket complete with booking reference.
The ticket was bought from ebookers, one of Etihad's approved and authorised resellers. The airline said no ticket had been issued and refused to do anything to help except blackmail me for the price of a new round trip ticket.
Appalling customer service Etihad. I would rant on for ages but would serve no purposes other than to vent steam.
