JFK lounge closed forever
Emirates JFK lounge is still closed after SEVEN MONTHS of so called "renovation work". No end in sight for this so called "temporary" inconvenience. This is unacceptable. The only reason why I selected the EK206 Emirates flight to Milano (departing at 10:20pm) is because I believed I could have dinner at the lounge and then sleep immediately after take-off. This is a huge inconvenience. Emirates did not bother to reach an agrement with another airline so that EK passengers could have access to a lounge. I will not fly Emirates to Milano anymore, they treat their passengers like they really don't care.
