I am sick and tired of trying to get a response from Lufthanza about a luggage problem experienced by my 17 year old son at Innsbruck airport on 25 June 2017. The ticket clearly states 2 pieces of checked in luggage and our travel agent pre booked his bike on all the flights. He was forced to pay 80 Euro at Innsbruck/Frankfurt leg. I have personally sent about 30 emails to them and get absolutely no response. I received Feedback ID 32355419 - Jamie Riddle and Feedback ID 32359876 but no matter how many times both my travel agent and i mail them we get absolutely no joy!! i will never use them again and i will report them to the newsmedia and social media as much as i can.
