Online Payment Issue
Garuda Indonesia Mobile Application - Payment is not succesful but credit card is charged. There's no other solution from customer service then pay for the second time for the same booking number.
The customer service said that next time not to use credit card but bank transfer instead to avoid this kind of situation.
