booked malindo flight no. OD1008 departure KUL 22/8/19 0815 hours, due to arrive BKI 22/8/19 1055 hours. but flight delayed almost 1.45 hours (departure 1000 hours, new arrival time to BKI 1222 hours). no written notice given (by sms / email). The on ground staffs are not helpful at all. Couldn't provide any reasonable answers.
checked their website for flight status & the page keeps loading / no response.
How do i manage my appointment in BKI?? I had to call my client to reschedule due to this unnecessary delay.
Had used malindo service before but this is the 1st time experiencing this.
I can tolerate a short flight delay but not up to this extend.
Please explain.
