Complaint: Canceled / Delayed / Overbooked Flight cancelled and no reimbursement! Anyone have ideas?

If Delta cancelled your flight and could not reaccomdate you, you are entitled to a refund of the fare, but not for out of pocket expenses such as your train ticket. If you have not gotten the refund of that unused flight coupon, please directed a complaint to DOT at airconsumer.ost.dot.gov.
