Default Misplaced Luggage - both onward and return journey
Worst airlines ever!! Qatar Airlines have managed to lose my luggage both onward AND return from Chennai to JFK, New York. And Shockingly Poor Customer Service!!! Nobody has contacted or attended to this issue yet!!! Never again travel with these guys!!
