It's me again
I submitted complaint to Delta and received answer very formal and unuseful answer in one week:
....
The lack of consistency in collecting fees concerns us very much. We
appreciate your taking the time to share your experience as the comments
received from our customers help us in our effort to make sure
procedures are followed properly. While we regret any misunderstanding,we are unable to refund fees for oversized baggage.
No comment... :-(
