Wink Extremly Poor Service

I must say that the baggage issue sound like a nightmare, however I am confused as to how the customs issue in Canada came about.
If your ticket is for travel from Bangor to Orlando, how it is that it the agent responsiblity to provide you Border information?

I must admit that the industry as a whole must do better at customer service.
