Default About bags

You are allowed to carry on one bag up to 45 linear inches as well as a small personal bag. That is more than enough room for toothpaste, underwear and other personal items.

I will never figure out why passengers check the important things not realizing that sometimes the bag will not make it on schedule. Sometimes the bag falls off the belt. Other times the tag gets caught in a belt then it gets damaged. Those types of damages are covered if it is reported within 48 hours. You will be surprised how many people show up claiming damage to a bag and they flew a long time ago. One can't expect us to just replace luggage based on someone's word.

Most people don't fill in the ID card attached the side of the bag. Can you imagine how hard it is to find the owner if the tag is missing and the card is not filled out? I am sorry you had to go through that. We encourage you to carry on what fits.
