Exclamation No Compensation for Damaged Bags

Two of my bags were damaged by Saudi Airline. I reported the damage to the ground staff of Saudi Airline at arrival. As per their direction also reported the damage by completing an online form on Saudi Airline website on July 6, 2020. To date no resolution or compensation has been issued by Saudi Airline for the damaged bags. It has been more than 3 months since the damage was reported.

I have sent several follow up e-mails to the airline to no avail. Saudi airline is the worst airline I have travelled with in terms of responsiveness to passenger complaints.
