Default No departures BEFORE gate check-in deadline?
OK. But, isn't an airline obligated to allow passengers to board a given flight up to the "closing time" for a given gate check-in deadline--ie: 20-30 minutes for domestic destinations; 45-60 minutes for international destinations?
