non apology
JAL airlines is notorious for not apologizing. Any legitimate complaint is answered "We are very sorry that YOU feel you had a bad experience. Will not investigate serious issues and only believe their own employees over facts. Although I followed all written rules by the Japanese government, all published rules by JAL website, one employee chose not to read properly the rules on pre travel PCR test and denied boarding. Clearly breaking the transit carriage FAA rules and then lying about it afterwards
