I have been waiting one year for my refund...Qatar will not answer e mails and they hang up when I phone
I have registered a complaint with skytrax
i have applied to BBC watchdog
If the above does not work I will sue qatar
It seems qatar airways is owned by the qatar government and said government does not pay its debts. However, according to a TV report qatar goverment employed a retired professional football player and offered to pay a good salary and then cut said salary after he started working. Qatar ignored all demands to pay the agreed salary but the person qatar ripped off took qatar to court and they paid up no problem
