Default Not listed on partner airline flight

This March we planned a family vacation to Singapore and Bali. I booked in advance 4 tickets via Singapore airlines using miles plus another ticket from an external agency. I booked flights from tel aviv to Singapore via Istanbul. I got all the confirmations and paid the taxes all in advance.
When arriving to Tel aviv airport on the 27th of March 2023 to board our turkish airline flight (TK865) to Istanbul we got to know that singapore airline had a problem and the 4 tickets we purchased were not listed on the turkish airline flight. After more than 4 hours on the phone with SQ and talking to a supervisor and trying to find a solution between the two airlines they said they are not able to find an alternative flight for us. This meant we are going to miss our entire vacation and pay all the hotels and additional flights we had planned. I asked the SQ agent if I should buy flight on Emirates that were flying the same day he said I should.
Eventually we ended up paying an additional 3800 USD for a one way ticket to Singapore which I expected Singapore airlines to cover including a compensation for all the inconvinience caused. But the reality is far from that more than a month as passed and I have been chasing SIA all this time and they keep ignoring their responsibility and are not paying me back the money.

Singapore airlines used to be the #1 airline but after I witnessed how they handle this incident and the lack of ownership and accountability I understand this is all fake.

How can you trust an airline that doesn't bring you to your destination although you had all confirmations and that are not accountable for their mistakes.
