over charged for non-existent carry on
When I got our tickets to Las Vegas last week, the Spirit website was very difficult to navigate. I selected 2 checked bags, and somehow a carry on bag appeared on the ticket. I tried three times on the website to correct this, but once I had paid for the tickets it would not allow it. When we got to the Airport I pointed out the problem to the people at Spirit's main desk in Austin, and they said to file a customer complaint, which I did. I just received a letter that it is too late to fix it and they could not know how many bags I had. So we are out $66 for a bag we did not have. Not happy.
