Refused boarding after check in
Booed a ticket from Qatar Airways Head Quarter building Doha for a ticket from Kochi - Doha - Auckland.
I checked in Kochi International Airport and there was no issue. for Transition, I came to Doha International Airport Qatar Airways Boarding Gate and the staff stopped me and said I am banned.
There was no information about the ban and also please note that the ticket is been purchased from Qatar Airways Head Qarter Ticketing Office.
They refused me boarding the flight and sent to a counter to fly back to india.
Even i paid 1000 QR for extra luggage.
How Qatar Airways is going to compensate for their unprofessional service and my loss off money, time and my mental stress.
