Staff at hotel desk at airport was screaming at passengers and denied them hotel
Staff at hotel airport were screaming at passengers because they booked them a hotel as the connection flight was over 16 hrs then this lady came and started howling at the 3 passengers as if they were animals and told them to get off the bus in a horrible way never seen this in my life . They were horrified by such behaviour, the guys were more respectful than her . When you have a connection flight that is longer than 12 hrs it should provide you with a hotel where are you suppose to stay at the airport for 16 hrs ?never fly with Turkish airlines even if you pay a fortune they treat you like animals. The worst Human Resources.
