Virgin Flight credit that can't be redeemed
Virgin Atlantic issued us a flight credit for a cancelled flight. We used 3rd party booking (Expedia). Virgin took possession of the booking from Expedia and we were not able to redeem our issued flight credit. Virgin referred us to Airlines Dispute Resolutions to handle our complaint request. ADR complaint process is online. You are supposed to be able to log into ADR's portal to track your complaint. ADR says you will be issued a password for portal access after you submit your complaint (to your email). That email is never received either in my inbox or junk folder. Virgin issued a flight credit that could not be redeemed and referred us to an agency that is not responsive.
