I have been dealing with LATAM Airlines for nearly a year, sending almost 100 emails, only to receive zero accountability, zero explanations, and zero solutions.
Here’s what happened:
📌 April 27, 2024 – LATAM charged $77 USD 💳
📌 April 23, 2024 – LATAM charged $722.33 USD 💳
📌 July 15 & 20, 2024 – LATAM refunded both charges ✅
BUT THEN...
❌ October 22 & November 18, 2024 – LATAM CHARGED ME AGAIN FOR BOTH TRANSACTIONS WITHOUT MY CONSENT!
🚫 LATAM's Response? DENIAL & ZERO PROOF.
📌 They refused to explain why they reprocessed the charges.
📌 They never provided evidence that I authorized these transactions.
📌 They wasted my time, ignored my emails, and closed my case with NO resolution.
📢 I filed complaints with government consumer protection agencies in Chile (SERNAC) and Paraguay (SEDECO), but LATAM simply denied responsibility in ONE sentence – with NO supporting documents.
