Damaged Luggage not repaired for more than two months
My checked luggage was damaged, one of the caster wheel went missing, on QR flight NRT-DOH-EBB on 22nd September 2025.
After consultation with QR staff, i took the damaged luggage to QR's office in Kampala Uganda for repair on 16th October 2025
Initially QR staff assured me that my luggage would be repaired in one week.
As of this posting, more than two months, my luggage has not been repaired.
I have been contacting QR weekly about this matter but this issue has not been resolved.
I just want to let the public know how badly QR treats its passenger.
