Default Over size bag

I don't work for this airline and I am sorry you had to go through that. The agent had no right, even if he was having a bad day, to put you through that. You were right to get the police involved. What did they do to help? I would have gotten something in writting from them to prove they got invlolved.

Here is some info that may prevent something like that again. When traveling with a child, allow more time for check in for their sake. If your bag is right on the limit of size, and it happens to be bulging or over stuffed, then it is considered over size and the airline assumes no responsibility. Usually it is better to have 2 smaller bags than 1 big one.

The agent should have allowed you to get your bag back to fix the problem. That is just wierd. Good luck to you in the future.
