Hello. Airhead
Thank you for your answer.
Unfortunately I sent complain letter to DELTA twice. And received very formal answer with no real apology and refund from them twice.
Allowed bag size changed very often last few months for Delta. For example at the end of July when I checked Delta’s web-site the allowed size was 64 inh. When I arrived to Toronto after such a stressful vacation (at the begining of August) I checked again and size was written 62 inh.
My “oversized” bag was half empty with my child’s swimming summer staff and some lovely toys and it is not exceed total 62 inch.
I can explain such a strange behaviour of the Delta’s representative as
DISCRIMINATION. Mr Sean paid attention on my not US citizenship and my strong Russian accent, so, he decided that he could treat with me and my 5 years daughter as an animals. Delta’s representative Sean just laughing on all my requests and no other Delta’s representative were ready to help me to resolve the problem and reduce the stress.
I don’t have any prove of police calling by me, but I hope the police department at Atlanta airport has appropriate record for the incident. Policeman spoke with the Delta’s representative and only after that Mr. Sean returned to me my “oversized” bag and passport.
It was my last time to fly by DELTA. My daughter remembers this bad travel to USA, and telling me if we next time will travel to USA
“Mom, please go to airport first and check if this
bad person not on customer service at this time, so I’ll come with you.”

She hopes that there other Delta’s representatives will be more polite.
