Default Jetliner, I agree!

Jetliner, I agree with you. When making a reservation through ANY travel agency or online booking company, your personal address/phone number isnt added into the reservation that the airline holds. Therefore, the airline has NO way of contacting you when there is a schedule change. (yes these do happen frequently) It is YOUR responsibility to check and make sure everything is okay for your flight. Orbitz is the one in the wrong here, not JetBlue (although the customer service was rude) they did not do anything wrong, and actually made it a courtesy to refund your money as YOU missed the flight. Most other airlines will tell you that you forfitted your monies once you miss the flight. Orbitz should have contacted you in regards to the time change. I have seen this done time and time again - I work for an airline.
