I concur
I DO work for an airline and many of the complaints I read here can be avoided if the passenger did their homework before flying. Many other complaints are silly but legitimate. People have a right to complain. I believe education is very important. I try to advise many here and sometimes I am criticized for that but I don't loose any sleep over it. I only hope that someone reads some of my advice and learns from it even if I never ever hear from them. Keep up what you believe is right.
